Kids Activity – Kids will be instructed on how to build a Bug House for their own gardens and will take home their creation.

10:30 AM Winter Sowing Workshop - Learn to ‘Winter Sow’ seeds and access seed varieties perfect for this process. Q&A with Master Gardeners having years of experience in this technique (participants should bring a clear or translucent milk jug).
11:30 AM Traditional Seed Sowing Workshop - Watch as our Master Gardeners take you through the finer points of traditional seed sowing basics. Q&A with Master Gardeners experienced in this technique.
Bake Sale and Soup Kitchen - We’ll be serving breakfast pastries, coffee & tea. Two varieties of house made soup, bread, and assorted baked goods will also be available for sale.

Wednesday Crafting at CHPC
In preparation for the Garden Market at Paristown this year, a group of our members is planning on hosting Crafting Wednesdays at CHPC. Our goal is to have all projects completed, priced and ready for sale by March 31st.
At each gathering, everyone is welcome to bring a project to work on that can be included for sale at the Paristown Garden Market. We will also have group projects with all the materials needed available. Sign-Up Genius
This date includes a Potluck luncheon and immediately follows the Thymely Reading Book Club Meeting. Please bring a dish to share.

The Thymely Reading Book Club will be meeting on Wednesday, January 28th at the Crescent Hill Presbyterian Church from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. We will be discussing The Comfort of Crows by Margaret Renkl. All are welcome!

Dried Flower Arrangements – Select and arrange dried flowers for your home, or as a gift. A wide variety of dried flowers and seed pods will be available for each participant to make one bouquet to take away. Bring a small or medium-sized container, if desired. Without a container, wrapped bouquets will be made.
