Paula Schnieder's Garden
As a child Paula discovered her love of gardening while dropping vegetable seeds from the back of a tractor and covering them with dirt pushed by her bare feet. Now her passion is flowers, butterflies and birds. More than 6 years ago Paula and her husband purchased a new home on a large suburban lot. The future garden was a blank canvas dotted with clusters of mature trees which created islands of shade suggesting a natural setting for benches, swings and feeders. Inspired by her love of color and texture, she set about to create a place of comfort and peace. Nestled among the mature trees, pockets of respite welcome nature's visitors. Paula enjoys sharing her garden and her plants with neighbors and friends.
Please come by and enjoy her garden at 36 Sterling Road from 9 am to 3 pm. Members of JCMGA are free, others $5.00. Proceeds benefit the education programs of JCMGA.
